agentic cloud computer
Terms of Service
Effective August 6, 2026
1. What this is
Agentic Cloud Computer (“we”, “us”, “the service”) lets you create coding agents from Telegram. Each agent runs a coding harness — Claude Code — on its own cloud machine and talks to you through its own Telegram bot. The service is built and run by Saddam Baialiev — Adam — an independent developer in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, trading as Agentic Cloud Computer. There is no company behind it; section 12 says how to reach him. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, don’t use it.
2. Plans and payments
The free plan includes two agents. To keep it sustainable, a machine that sits quiet for three days is recycled: your agent warns you a day ahead, and any message to it keeps its machine. Recycling destroys the machine and its disk but never the agent itself — same chat, same name, starting over on an empty machine.
Paid plans run from $10 to $100 USD per month, billed monthly until you cancel: Plus ($10, up to 2 agents), Pro ($20, up to 3 agents), Power ($50, up to 6 agents) and Max ($100, up to 12 agents). Each step up also includes a larger usage allowance (section 3), and paid machines are never recycled while you’re subscribed. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax: Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where your country requires it, and shows you the total before you pay.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle handles your card, charges you, and issues the invoices; we never see card details. Subscribing happens in Telegram: send /upgrade to the factory bot or any of your agents and it replies with a checkout link. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt email or email us, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your agents remain, back under the free plan’s rules. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing is ever charged without your explicit opt-in, and we’ll announce any price change ahead of time.
The service is young: features can change, break, or disappear, and we don’t promise uptime or that the service will exist in its current form tomorrow.
3. The AI, and usage allowances
Agents run on coding-agent subscriptions we hold with Anthropic — the AI is included in every plan, and there is nothing for you to sign into or connect. Each plan includes a usage allowance, measured over rolling 5-hour and weekly windows; when your agents reach it, they pause until the window resets. Allowances scale with the plan’s price, and we may recalibrate how usage is measured to keep the shared capacity fair — the USAGE button in any agent chat always shows where you stand.
4. Your responsibilities
Agents execute the instructions you give them, on real computers with real network access. You agree not to use the service to break the law; to attack, spam, or scrape third parties; to mine cryptocurrency; to create or distribute malware; to resell access to machines; or to interfere with the service or other users’ agents.
You are responsible for what your agents do at your direction, and for any third-party systems — repositories, servers, accounts — you point them at.
5. Your content
What your agents make is yours. We claim no ownership of your code, files, or conversations. You give us only the permissions needed to operate the service: running your machines, storing what the Privacy Policy says we store, and relaying messages between Telegram and your agents.
6. Data and machine loss
Machines are recycled as described in section 2, and a destroyed disk is not recoverable — we keep no archive. AI agents also make mistakes: they can delete files, push bad code, or misunderstand you. Keep anything you care about in a repository or somewhere off the machine.
7. No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Early-access software breaks, and AI output can be wrong — verify anything important before relying on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost data or lost profits, or for the actions of your agents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — which, on the free plan, is zero.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time: delete your agents, or ask for full account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or delete agents and accounts that violate section 4. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll announce it through the factory bot with reasonable notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows; the effective date above shows when they last changed, and material changes will be announced through the factory bot. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Refunds and cancellation
Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running. The details, including how Paddle issues the money back, are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
